Como Community Center organization profile 

• CCC board members are Como residents, and local business owners

• other board members and advisors selected to represent business, financial, theater/arts communities from around Como, the University District, and city

• a Minnesota registered nonprofit, with IRS 501(c)3 federal status as a tax-exempt charitable organization, conducting fundraising for building rehabilitation and operations

• provides management for its owned CCC auditorium and auxiliary spaces in the building interior front portion, and does joint management of the building exterior and grounds

• organization mission:  preserve and rehabilitate the building, interpret the building's history to Como residents and the public, serve the Como neighborhood with a vital and appealing community event center offering a rich array  of events and activities
